Diagnostic Technician - Malmesbury

Duties:

To ensure the accurate diagnostics, maintenance, repairs and/or reinstallations of vehicles are carried out within the set timeframes and quality standards, in order to achieve the Dealerships Standards of Excellence

Requirements:

• Qualified Diagnostic Technician
• Proven experience in a similar environment (preferably VW)
• Successful demonstration of competency
• Problem-solving ability and analytical skills with attention to detail  
• Basic computer aptitude
• Customer focus
• Electronic Fault Finding Skills
• A passion and enthusiasm for VW vehicles.

F&I Business Manager - CAM Motors Caledon 

Minimum criteria:

• Comply with all the regulatory requirements set by the FSB, unsupervised or supervised
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of motivation which includes enthusiasm, initiative and drive 
• You need to be thorough and organized with strong administrative skills backed by business acumen Knowledge and experience of the finance and insurance industry
• Ability to negotiate profitable transactions and display strong selling skills.

Responsibilities will include:

• To ensure budgets and sales objectives are met by selling Dealership’s value added products, vehicle finance and secondly by providing support to direct selling staff. 
• To ensure budgets are met
• Operate within Dealer Standards  
• Compliance to FSB requirements.

Pre-Owned Sales Consultant – CAM Motors Caledon

Minimum criteria: 

• Grade 12 Certificate, but ideally a Marketing or Sales Diploma / Degree
• Sales experience in a franchised dealership
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of motivation which includes enthusiasm, initiative and drive 
• You need to be thorough and organized with strong administrative skills backed by business acumen.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop a sales plan, prospecting, sales and marketing
• Drive sales to exceed internal targets
• Manage the sales process to ensure high CSI
• Operate within Dealer Standards. 

Sales Consultant - Rola Toyota Somerset West (1 x Pre-Owned) 

Duties:

• Manage customer relationships and customer satisfaction
•  Drive sales to exceed internal targets
• Manage the sales process to ensure high CSI
• Operate within Dealer Standards. 

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate, with ideally a Marketing or Sales Diploma
• Highly motivated, dynamic individual with proven sales experience in the Car Sales environment (preferably Toyota sales experience)
• Good communication and negotiating skills
• Strong interpersonal & relationship building ability
• Self confidence
• Team player
• High level of motivation which includes enthusiasm, initiative and drive
• You need to be thorough and organized with strong administrative skills backed by business acumen.
